Collected over 5000 survey results and feedback, analyzed knowledge, and provided reports to drive product improvement in future software releases. Invented and constructed relevant and efficient survey designs, adjusting them to different user characteristics, coordinated international focal points in distributing the surveys, collecting feedback and running sub-campaigns. Planned, monitored, and executed campaigns, controlled, adjusted the timelines to ensure smooth running and project success in the conditions of agile environment.
Description: Global marketing and customer support survey project. Initiated 30+ systematic surveys for 5000+ international end-users to investigate, measure, report user satisfaction, and use knowledge for future software & hardware improvements.
Success: Improved, updated software versions, trust to Trios scanners and converting to digital workflows; drove improvement in future software & hardware releases.
