Workflow
A 2-year worldwide program called “Trios Ready”. 3 directions of the program interconnected different software and hardware types. The program was initiated to digitalize the labs and clinics and provide the certifications as a promotional act. The program’s objective was to gain 1000+ users certified in all the 3 directions within 1,5 years. As a program manager, I carried out the execution of the program, creating, maintain the project documentation, working with functional departments to set up and maintain the customer database. Closely communicated with software/ hardware development teams, Product Management team, customer support teams, regional operations focal points, The specifics of this program were managing a diverse and globally distributed team, forming local teams to assist the central, heavy on organization, regulation of numerous processes simultaneously. A part of the testing of the hardware was producing of restorations that had to be sent to our offices for evaluation and certification, hence coordinating with customs, clearing problems, etc.
Client-facing Program (3 project for 3 products) helped clinics and labs switch from manual to digital workflow using company's hardware and software and connect with other facilities that were equipped to scale collaboration amongst customers. As an outcome of the effort a large accessible database (over 1000 facilities) of “digitally ready” facilities has been formed. It helped the customers expand their businesses, connect with each other for collaboration.
