Workflow
A 2-year project, devoted to information restructure for Social Performance Team, Corporate Relations. My direct reporting line and functional owner of the project – VP Social Performance. As the Project Manager, I was responsible for the entire life-cycle of the project, using traditional and hybrid management methodologies. The specifics of the project were heavy record management, handling extensive historical information, sensitive, confidential information, data security, compliance. The project involved a detailed documentation curation, appropriate for all the phases of the project, such as: project charter, communication management plan, stakeholder management plan, stakeholder register, milestone list, activity lists, strict timelines charts, issue management plan, lessons learned, etc. The project team consisted of 20-50 cross-functional team members, international IT team, Compliance Team, Configuration Team representatives, Social Performance Team Lead focal points. The project required strong collaboration, communication, organizational skills, a lot of initiative and ownership, creative and timely approach to handle complex stakeholder requirements, conflict management, risk management.
Upgrade the information management system for Social Performance work unit (300+ users); develop, implement, configure the new system; conduct the information restructure and safe knowledge transfer; set up organizational information compliance rules; integrate Microsoft 365 apps for individual team units, test the new system; provide user training; hand over into operation and maintenance.
Impact: An effective new information management system introduced to the organization as an efficient tool; increased user traffic (by 105% by the end of the 2nd year); user-oriented organizational information navigation, more responsible management of records and sensitive information.
